EquiFlex

EquiFlex™ is a permanently elastic, lightweight, breathable, tubular stockinette bandage. It has a high stretch capacity so conforms easily to the underlying anatomy. EquiFlex can be used effectively under an EquiSox, for proficient wound dressing management and poultice retention.

The skin-friendly material can also offer a thin protective layer under exercise boots or bandages to prevent chafing.

Available in 5 metre rolls – white only.

Colour coded for size identification:  

Blue line - lower limb and knee

Yellow line - upper limb and hock               

Beige line - head

EquiFlex can be steam sterilised for post-operative and Veterinary use.

EquiFlex is highly versatile and has multiple equine and Veterinary uses. It is an excellent product for dressing or poultice retention and its weave pattern allows the underlying tissue to breathe - promoting healing.

The blue line EquiFlex is extremely useful to prevent boot rubs as it offers a very lightweight protection to stop friction chafing. 

The beige line product can easily be made into a "head mask" to retain head dressings after sinus surgery etc by having eye and ear holes cut into it . EquiFlex can also be used to prevent rubbing of head and mane in cases of dermatitis,Sweet Itch etc.

EquiFlex of the appropriate size can also make an excellent "canine vest" to stop dogs from removing dressings and allowing wounds to breathe.

EquiFlex is sold in 5 metre rolls and is easily cut to length.
