Exercise Prescription

Riding fitness is almost another complete science and practitioners don't always understand equestrians unique requirements.... But we do!

The majority of disciplines of Equestrianism include some High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) - so we believe that most of a professional rider's
"in season" fitness sessions should revolve around a constructive active recovery or off-loading program.

High volumes of jumping where the human body has to absorb rapid deceleration and the concussive effects between the horse and the landing ground reaction forces; means the spine and weight bearing joints all need sport specific recovery sessions to reduce the possibility of injury.

Along with the modern equestrians weekly schedule of another show, another continent, another time zone and another hotel.... complete lifestyle management is going to become a rider necessity to enable them to peak for performance and re-perform in this high intensity, pressurised environment.

The innovative EquiSports Performance Zone will assist rider's peak for performance. With over two decades of elite sports knowledge they can take you from pain to peak performance utilising some world class therapies and modalities.
